Shipping
ShopTn.com currently only ships to addresses in the USA. We ship orders via FedEX/USPS. Most orders leave our place within 2 business day.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within Tennessee will be charged the applicable sales tax.

Returns
All merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. No refund on special orders or items over 21 days old and no returns without an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization)#. Manufacturer.s warranty ONLY.

Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders with Free Shipping, the original shipping charges will also now apply.

Order Changes
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during business hour to change your order.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, ShopTn.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Poindexter's shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Poindexter's shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. ShopTn.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. ShopTn.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Any customer information including any email addresses received by ShopTn.com will only be used in connection with your order, and will not be sold, or transferred to any third party. Periodically, ShopTn.com may wish to communicate with customers via email or electronic newsletter, if for any reason you do not wish to receive email communications from ShopTn.com, then you may send an email to newsletter@shopn.com with .remove from email list. in the subject, and you will not receive any further email communications from us.
